Additional Notes
Initiation Fee: A one-time $150 fee is required upon approval.
Stockholder Equity: $500 Available to Full Resident Members only. Voting rights and board eligibility through non-transferable stock.
Cart Shed Rental: Available to Full Resident Members. Fees apply.
Monthly maintenance fees may apply depending on membership level.
Stock Ownership
Full Resident Members have the opportunity to purchase stock in the Nevada Country Club for $500, which grants ownership equity and voting rights within the Club. Stock is non-transferable and must be surrendered if membership is resigned, expelled, or downgraded to Social Membership. Members resigning are ineligible to re-apply for two years unless a waiver from the Board of Directors is granted.

Understanding Your Monthly Food & Beverage Minimum
To help you make the most of our dining facilities, here is a quick guide to how the monthly $50 Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum works:
• What Counts: All food and beverages purchased anywhere on
the club premises-including the dining room, lounge, and snack
bar-apply directly toward your monthly minimum.
• What’s Excluded: Please note that service tips do not count
toward the $50 requirement.
• Convenient Gratuity: For your convenience, if a specific tip
amount is not noted on your receipt, a 15% gratuity will be
automatically added to the check.
